From the M11 North or A14 East, bypass Newmarket and then exit left onto the A11 (signed: NORWICH).

Keep on the A11, bypass Thetford and Attleborough.

DO NOT take the first exit signed Wymondham but continue for approximately 3 miles then take the exit marked B1135 Mulbarton (signed: Wymondham Industrial Estate).

Turn left onto the B1135, continue for approximately 1/2 mile and then turn left when you reach the roundabout.

You are now in Ayton Road (hopefully). Continue for about 1/4 mile and you will find us on the left hand side.
